When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to us by email and retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to manage your enquiry. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any other third-party tracking technology. No data about your browsing behaviour is collected or shared.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile analyses signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics to determine whether the form is being submitted by a human. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. IT Go does not receive or store the signals Cloudflare uses for this check.
Australian Privacy Act
The Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply to organisations with an annual turnover above $3 million. As a small business, IT Go is currently exempt from most obligations under that Act. Regardless, we are committed to handling your personal information with care and transparency.
